Back in Bangkok

Yes, finally back again in the capital of Thailand. Now with time enough to explore what it has to offer.
I arrived mid day on Monday after a bumpy jumpy flight from Singapore. The free internet at the airport in Singapore gave me just enough time to book a hostel prior to take-off. I didn’t regret it. It was a great place, a café with rooms, located in the old town about 2 km from the infamous khao san road. In other words, close enought to walk in for some party, but safe enough distance from all the scams and touristy crap. :-)
I was pretty worn out that first day and had planned to get an early sleep. I think many of you know what that means. It will turn out to be the opposite.

I met some English people at the hostel, and we went out for drinks and something to eat.

We ended up in one of the many bars on the Khao San Road. Here’s how much fun you can have when someone can’t work out how to take a photo with a mobile camera. It must at least have been 10 minutes before it fell in to place :-) The guilty person can be found to the right.

If I was only half as flexible as these break-dancing thai’s I would be very happy. They put on quite a show for being a Monday night.
